Continuous Emission Monitoring System

CEMs (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) is an automated continuous air pollution monitoring system.

For industrial factories' emissions, the Ministry of Industry has mandated that certain types of factories must install special equipment to monitor air quality from their emissions automatically. The parameters to be measured depend on the type of factory, fuel, and pollutants generated by each factory. They are categorized into 13 groups based on production units and sizes. Recently, the old version of the Ministry of Industry's announcement has been revoked, and a new announcement titled "Ministry of Industry Announcement: Specification for Factories to Install Special Equipment for Reporting Air Pollution from Factory Emissions B.E. 2565" has been issued.
